A smile is the key

I've realised that, no matter how bad things get, you can either mope around being miserable, or you can accept things and get on with it. The fact that I have M.E is just the hand I've been dealt. Theres nothing I nor anybody else can do about it. So I've accepted it, gotten on with it and its made me a stronger person :)

Life often throws stuff in the way of your plans...you end up taking a different path than you intended to. But the thing to remember is that there is plenty of time to do what you want to do...to be who you want to be...to take the path you want. Just because life is a lot different now than you thought it would be, it doesn't mean that everything is ruined.

Keep on fighting. You're strong, determined and remember..... a smile is the key :)

That moment..

I've been thinking recently...you know when you REALLY like someone...and it doesnt work out how you want it to? And then theres that moment afterwards when you get really angry....

Well, I was talking to my lovely friend Anni today..and she said 'One thing that always helped me, was to think about the things I didnt like about the person'.

Anni, you're a freakin' geniusssss!!! ;) <3

When life..

When life throws stuff at you, greet it with a funny face.

Post Pals

I've recently gotten really involved in Post Pals. If you've not heard of it before, its a website that allows you to send cards, gifts, letters and emails to seriously ill children. It is a fantastic and amazing thing to get involved with. I'm trying to spread a lot of awareness around and I really hope to get more and more people to contribute to this terrific cause.
